Most learning programmes focus on information delivery. The Discover · Practice · Apply framework is built around a different idea: people learn by doing, and learning only sticks when it travels with them into their working day. A behaviour changed is the true measure - not a course completed.

    Structured input, learning content, concepts, and knowledge delivered through formats that match the infrastructure context. Clear, relevant, and purpose-built.

  2. Practice

    Practice & Application

    Skill through practice. Scenarios, walkthroughs, hands-on tasks. Learners should spend at least 50% of their time here. Most programmes fall far short.
