Diarmaid Ó Culáin

Founder & CEO
Diarmaid has over 20 years' experience working in infrastructure organisations, working across asset management, capital delivery, and organisational capability. He founded Amplify Infrastructure to solve the problem he kept seeing: organisations investing heavily in change and leaving the embedding stage unplanned. He leads client engagements and brings direct experience of the systems, pressures, and realities of infrastructure delivery.

Ciara McCarthy

Head of Learning and Operations
Ciara designs learning that changes how people work, not just what they know. She leads programme design and works directly with client teams from needs analysis through to go-live and beyond. Her background spans performance-based learning design, instructional systems development, and embedding capability in complex organisations.

Ark Wingrove

Principal Asset Management Consultant
Ark has spent his career as an asset owner and consultant across power, rail, water, gas, and nuclear decommissioning, working across Europe, the Americas, Australia, and Asia. He brings deep experience in asset and risk management improvement programmes, from initial assessment through gap analysis and into delivery and holds assessor accreditation to ISO 17021-5 across ISO 55001, PAS 55, and GFMAM 39.

Tim Kay

Principal Asset Management Consultant
Tim has spent more than 20 years helping infrastructure operators make better decisions about their assets. He started out in water utility operations before moving into consultancy, and that grounding shapes how he teaches -  practical, rooted in operational reality, and always tied back to the decisions people actually have to make on Monday morning. Across his career he has worked with organisations like Thames Water, United Utilities, Network Rail, Birmingham Airport, DP World and Riyadh Airports Company.

Adam Lea-Bischinger

Principal Asset Management Consultant
Adam is a senior consultant with over twenty years of experience in maintenance, reliability, condition monitoring, and asset management. He has worked across oil and gas, refining, power generation, and rail, bringing technical depth and sector breadth to every engagement.
