Learning programmes are developed by people with infrastructure management backgrounds, working alongside instructional designers. The formats follow the learner and the context, role-based e-learning, micro-learning, SOPs, video walkthroughs, job aids, and interactive scenarios, sequenced using Amplify's learning framework Discover-Practice-Apply, so that knowledge builds into practice.

Everything is accessible on the job, in the moment of need, built in tools your organisation already uses. Satisfaction scores, confidence gains, and completion rates are tracked throughout so you can see what it delivered.

Most learning programmes focus on information delivery. The Discover · Practice · Apply framework is built around a different idea: that people learn by doing, and that learning only sticks when it travels with them into their working day.

    Knowledge & Context

    Structured input, learning content, concepts, and knowledge delivered through formats that match the infrastructure context. Clear, relevant, and purpose-built.

    Practice & Application

    Skill through practice. Scenarios, walkthroughs, hands-on tasks. Learners should spend at least 50% of their time here. Most programmes fall far short.

    On-the-Job Support
